Hearing the news that Mike had cancer and  cannot be cured was very  difficult.
It brings up many feelings and emotions. We all found it hard to  believe - and
hard to swallow.  Mike was given one year, and proceeded to get on with things
and celebrate with his family and friends for the holidays.  Once the holidays
were over - back to reality brought more bad news for Mike.  No longer did
he have one  year.. But now it was down to two months.  The phone calls
and emails started.. What can we do?  How can we help?  Lets throw a
party....... so here we are... About to celebrate with Mike and honour him
as one of our best!.. Please come and share some special moments and
time on such a memorable occasion.... It's a  celebration - lets show him
          how much we care!

Mike started ridin' at the tender age of 13 on a mini bike he bought with his
  paper route money.

He's never owned a brand-new bike, and his finished customs have all been built
 from wrecked bikes and parts.

Mike Roach affectionately known as Toad is known far and wide for his
customized bikes.  He is an icon in this part of the world - Mike is what you
would call a true builder, and when people buy a bike from a true builder,
they're not buying a motorcycle-they're buying a work of art.  Mike has
created a century of motorbikes and many loyal fans.  I would say Mikes
goal was  to create an emotional reaction in the viewer.  And man, did he
get some reactions over the years.  Check out some of these bikes..

Mike is HUGE in the Biker world.. Check this out..
Lets Celebrate Mike's Huge success
February 3rd - Dirty O - Halifax
Mike's team brought Toad'al bike to Daytona and to Laconia
for Bike Week where it went over big time. Toad'al Package
won first place (Judge's Choice) at the Easy Rider Boardwalk
show, took first runner up at the Rats Hole Essen show and
second place at the Nempco show in Laconia.

148-inches of rompin, stompin, Harley-Davidson
-"Double or Nuthin" was inspired from a bike created by
a guy named "Coyote". Coyote's red, dual-engined
monster was rough but received maximum attention from
all onlookers. Mike was obsessed - he had to build one
of these one-of-a-kind-ain't-enough motorcycles. With
help from some very special friends, his obsession
became a reality.
How many builders around here got to
ride with Peter Fonda?  Mike did!..
Mike Roach and Mike's Custom Built
"Captain America" was taken at the
30th Anniversary of the movie Easy
Rider in New Orleans.  Great story!
The impact Mike has on the Motorcycle Community will be felt for many years to come.  Both Mike and
Marlene have been very large in the Motorcycle Community - in a very generous way.  You will find them
both at all the charity events held throughout the year.  Even down to this event.. a celebration of Mikes
life.. they are still generously giving the proceeds to charity.

With 30 years of experience building hand crafted custom bikes. this is one builder you will want to honour
and celebrate a lifetime of commitment to the motorcycle community.
This is where you can
find Mike most days..
dedicated to his
business,  his wife
Marlene and his
children.  If you are
lucky you will catch
him at a not so busy
time - and he will
share one of his many
stories with you.. and
there are many..
See you there!
Like the many parties Mike has had for
many many years - He invites you again
to come and enjoy the evening with him
and his family and some of his favorite
