| The time came when the pain it took to stay, Was greater than the pain it took to go |
| In Memory of Dave and Lee Its with great sorrow that I bring you such sad news. Dave and Lee have been a large part of the motorcycle community for many years. I cant remember how many bikes they have had together - When I first met them Dave had souped up a Yamaha Vstar and painted it up and called it his Yamahog...Then came the Big Vstar that Lee could actually get some comfort on. Nice big Vstar 1100, comfy back seat.. ... Then decided to sell that one and out comes the Harley Davidson Sportster... didn't take Dave long to have that one painted the way he wanted it.. Actually did most of the work on it in the hallway of the bottom of his apartment building. Lee lost 10 pounds within the first month - said it vibrated the weight right off her - so they sold that one and were onto another Yamaha. Lee joked about this bike and said you would never see her ass on that bike.. it was much TOO ugly.. and I never did see her on that bike!... Then out comes the Mini Chopper.. Definately can't say they didnt keep us amused... Last year they decided to ride to all the rallies, poker runs or bike night in a car that they had painted up with flames..... and that was the last of the vehicles they owned. Lee's favorite lines were either No F'n way, F that, or F U.... Dave's sarcasm, and Lees laugh were amusing to say the least. They truly loved each other and were never apart - whenever you saw Dave, you saw Lee.. Whenever you saw Lee, you saw Dave... Inseparable even in their last breaths together. As difficult as life became for these two.. you can be sure their spirit will live on in the Motorcycle community....... May you both rest in peace. |
